Through this collaboration, Groupama osiguranje Hrvatska is strengthening their portfolio and the market position, as well as enhancing customer experience and providing comprehensive solutions in the areas of roadside and home assistance for both new and existing clients.
As part of this new partnership, ORYX Assistance and Groupama osiguranje Hrvatska are introducing two products tailored to the needs of their clients, starting from June 1, 2023. With our high-quality service network and award-winning contact center, ORYX Assistance will significantly add value to all Groupama osiguranje Hrvatska clients through these products. Our products include:
- ORYX Roadside Assistance: A high-quality roadside assistance service aimed at providing fast and efficient support in case of vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or exceptional situations on the road. This product is offered to Groupama clients in packages: Groupama Asistencija Hrvatska, Groupama Asistencija Regija i Groupama Asistencija Europa. All products come with the Putni Anđeo application, which saves lives and enables users to easily access all the services.
- ORYX Home Assistance: A comprehensive home assistance product that offers protection and support to property owners. ORYX Home Assistance provides a complete set of services available to users in case of emergency interventions requiring urgent repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, locksmith services, and more, depending on the chosen package. This product is available to Groupama osiguranje Hrvatska clients in packages: Groupama Asistencija Pomoć u kući Start, Groupama Asistencija Pomoć u kući Plus and Groupama Asistencija Pomoć u kući Premium.
