Employee of the Year award is a title that requires careful analysis and evaluation of various parameters. So when someone who works in Customer Care gets it, the merit is all the greater, because working with users in need of urgent and timely help is a challenge requiring focus, determination and expertise.
Such are the character traits of our colleague Luka Lucić, who won Employee of the Year 2023 award today, June 6, 2024, at the Radilica MeetUp in Kaptol Boutique Cinema in Zagreb, organized by CX.hr.
Luka is a Team Lead in ORYX Assistance Contact center. He got his job in Zubak Grupa in 2022. Having been promoted twice in the past two years, Luka’s dedication to clients and great attention to detail have not gone unnoticed.
