ORYX Assistance is once again achieving considerable success in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A new partnership was established with Guma M, a general importer of Renault, Nissan and Dacia vehicles for Bosnia and Herzegovina with over 20 years of experience.
Guma M will offer its customers Roadside ORYX Assistance products, our Drive Angel application, and the Backup Car ORYX Assistance.
For the Roadside Assistance product, Guma M clients can choose between the Roadside ORYX Assistance Region package (for Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighboring countries) and Roadside ORYX Assistance Europe package (for the whole of Europe). Backup Car product will be available in packages that include up to 15 days replacement vehicle.
The service can be used and activated from 0-24 hours, 365 days a year, on the toll-free number 0800 80053 (for calls from Bosnia and Herzegovina) or on the number +387 33 901 307 (for calls from abroad).
