A1 Macedonia is a new Macedonian partner of ORYX Assistance. Customers and users of A1 Macedonia now have at their disposal the Roadside ORYX Assistance product.
As part of this new partnership, ORYX Assistance and A1 Macedonia are introducing the ORYX Assistance product adapted to the needs of their clients – Roadside ORYX Assistance, as of August 24, 2023.
Roadside ORYX Assistance: A high-quality road assistance service intended to provide fast and efficient support in the event of a vehicle breakdown, accident, or emergency situations on the road. This product is offered to A1 Macedonia clients in packages: Macedonia, Region, and Europe. All products come with the Drive Angel application, which saves lives and enables very simple use of all services by users.
With a quality service network and an award-winning contact center, ORYX Assistance through its products and services provides significant additional value to all A1 Macedonia clients. The contracting of the Roadside ORYX Assistance product is possible for all A1 Macedonia clients who sign up for any basic service of A1 such as mobile tariffs, internet, TV, and the like.
